Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how L&MC Innovative Ventures Ltd Co ("we," "us," or "our"), operating the KnockBot platform at knockbot.net, collects, uses, and protects personal information from users of and recipients of communications from our service.

KnockBot is a B2B arrival notification platform designed for medical courier operations. The platform enables courier drivers to trigger automated arrival notifications โ€” delivered via SMS and Zello voice channel โ€” to designated staff at the healthcare facilities they serve.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

Who This Policy Covers

This policy applies to two categories of individuals:

Information We Collect

We do not collect payment information, government-issued identification, or sensitive personal data beyond what is listed above.

How We Use Your Information

For facility staff phone numbers:

For driver data:

We do not use any information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to delivering the KnockBot service.

SMS Messaging & Consent

SMS Notification Program Disclosure

KnockBot sends transactional SMS arrival notifications to facility staff who have individually opted in. Messages are sent from +1 (855) 902-2862 and include courier arrival alerts, on-site status notifications, and departure confirmations.

Message frequency varies based on courier activity at your facility. Standard message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact admin@knockbot.net.

Consent is obtained individually โ€” each staff recipient must personally opt in via our consent form at knockbot.net/opt-in.html. Facility administrators do not opt in on behalf of their staff. No messages are sent to any number that has not individually confirmed consent.

These messages are operational and transactional in nature. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Zello Integration

In addition to SMS notifications, KnockBot integrates with Zello push-to-talk channels used by facility staff. When a courier triggers an arrival event in the app, an automated announcement is broadcast to the facility's designated Zello channel via a Zapier automation. This integration does not involve the collection of any additional personal data beyond what is described in this policy.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. We share data only with the following service providers, solely as needed to operate the platform:

Data Retention

Facility staff phone numbers are retained for as long as the recipient remains opted in. Upon receipt of a STOP message, the number is immediately suppressed and will receive no further messages. Suppression records are retained indefinitely to prevent accidental re-enrollment.

Driver operational data is retained for as long as the driver account is active. To request deletion of your data, contact admin@knockbot.net.

Security

KnockBot uses Firebase Authentication for driver identity management, Firestore security rules to restrict data access to authenticated users only, HTTPS for all data in transit, and Twilio's secure infrastructure for SMS delivery.

Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact admin@knockbot.net.

Children's Privacy

KnockBot is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the platform or receipt of notifications after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
